It crashed Apache? Yow! Does that mean that it's an Apache bug? I didn't
think that PHP was supposed to be able to do that.

My Apache 2.0 configuration isn't anything special; after I corrected a bug
in index.php, creating a wiki worked out of the box. I'm running Linux, though;
if your Apache setup is fairly normal, then I'd expect that this is a Windows-
specific problem. That's about all I can say, since I don't have access to
a Windows box running Apache 2.0.
