[Phpwiki-talk] Help! I'm a newbie! Raw_HTML plugin question

I am using PHPWiki 1.3.6

I set ENABLE_RAW_HTML to true within my index.php

But.....html is STILL only allowed in locked pages.  I need RAW_HTML to work 
in unlocked pages.

What do I do?

This is not for a public Wiki.

Disable the check?
