Hello all
I made a patch on CreateToc plugin in order to add
* a real counter for title (1, 1.1, 1.2, 2, 2.1, ...)
* fix some bugs with anchor and wikiword titles (single or not)
* add backlink on title with wiki words (with counter)
Note:
Counter is optionnal, it is disable by default use with_counter||=1 to
activate it.
