I've made a patch against 1.2.4 which fixes several issues:

The main feature is register_globals=off safety. Those reports got
annoying. But I also found several bugs with the dba, dbm, file and msql
backends on GetAllWikiPagenames which affected dumpserial and zip.
I'd appreciate test reports before I'll release that as new stable release.
