Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to mimic the Recent Changes
panel in the Sidebar theme (included with 1.3.10) in 1.3.4, and
if so, how?

You mean the box at the side?
This is not possible, since it is a WikiPlugin enhancement.

But you can try to backport it. It's just simple PHP.
