I just installed 1.2.4 and was wondering how do I make my wiki look like
the phpwiki page on sourceforge ?

(i.e. http://phpwiki.sourceforge.net/phpwiki/)

You nee to change the display theme (in index.php) to the MACOSX one - 
I think that was in 1.2.4.

To be honest, it was this nice theme, coupled with the 
edit/save-without-preview-necessary that made me choose phpwiki in the 
first place, and the Crao theme in the current versions (1.3.10+) that 
is keeping me!

http://phpwiki.sourceforge.net/phpwiki/ uses 1.3.10
and http://phpwiki.sourceforge.net/phpwiki/ uses the latest CVS snapshot.

1.2.4 does not work with register_globals = off and it is not developed 
anymore since some years. just bugfixes are backported when they arrive.
