    * fixes portablility issues
    * no fetch_assoc anymore

and the ADODB_oci8po backend to support Oracle

Ooops,

Just realize that the extra argument to 
WikiDB_backend_ADODB_generic_iter was breaking wikilens which is using 
the iterators directly.

So I am now testing if we have the table list or not, and if not, 
generate it on the fly.

New version of the patch attached.
