I reused WikiBlog for several new attachable pagetypes: WikiBlog,
WikiForum (not yet submitted) and the new AddComment plugin with the
pagetype 'comment'.
The difference is basically just a different template and CSS classes.
And some more plugin arguments.
The javascript button to expand the comments - as with CreateToc - is
missing.
