Hello,
I would like to run phpwiki on my WIN98 System.
I have got WAMPP and it is running quite well.

I have made the changes in index.php

And the answer from the wikiweb is 

  Timeout while obtaining lock. Please try again

A directory tmp and subdirectories have been build by the System.
What have I to do? What is my problem?
On my LINUX-PC phpwiki is running quite good.

Is there anybody who can help me?

I'm hoping someone is aware of this, but phpwiki.org 
(http://phpwiki.sourceforge.net/phpwiki/) is down. Error:

It's up as of this morning... I have seen so many Sourceforge-related  
outages over the last two and a half years that these never phase me  
anymore. :o)
