Sorry Peter,
index2.php should only have 53 or so lines (but it isn't used),
index.php is much longer.
But since you have index2.php you're using 1.3.4.
It looks like your link generation is off. By default, they should look
similar to:
http://experience.lds.com/wiki/index.php/ReleaseNotes
You might want to follow the PrettyWiki instructions:
http://phpwiki.sourceforge.net/phpwiki/PrettyWiki
