[Phpwiki-talk] Upgrading to newer versions of PHPWiki.

1) Where can I download upgrades of PHPWiki and see working demos of them?
2) What is the most efficient way to upgrade an existing installation of PHPWiki?
    - I assume start from scratch with a new filesystem then configure all necessary files
      (index.php, themes, maybe others) from data in files from old version.

yes. new directory and new database scheme and some new configuration 
options.
