The usual header for unknow addresses goes like this:

At least netscape 4.x and some of my mbox perl scripts likes this more than
the [] stuff.
And is quoted-printable really necessary? I would prefer Latin-1 by far.
We don't send this over stoneaged mail servers and we don't store this on 7bit
machines.
