This thought was triggered by seeing Carsten's suggestion to replace
<B> tags on the summary page with a style called "summary".
Could we standardise on styles called "wiki-summary", "wiki-diff" etc (I
think we do already use the latter)?
Just helps me avoid conflicts with other style sheets I use which use
more generic names.
