The new PluginManager page provides an overview of all the plugins with
descriptions and arguments. I can't remember whether this made it into
1.3.4, if not try downloading the latest nightly CVS snapshot from
http://phpwiki.sourceforge.net/phpwiki/HowToUseWiki
So far the only reference included with PhpWiki for the new markup are
the TextFormattingRules and NewMarkupTestPage pages.
