Hello,
I didn't proposed this patch isolated, but It's really needed on debian
systems.
What's the matter with the current version is that in a first time
guessing_setlocale is called with no arguments and returns 'C', which is
used for calling it a second time, so locale is allways setted to 'C'.
this patch corrects this behaviour.
