[Phpwiki-talk] iconv

I would like to add an "iconv" function to phpwiki, in order
to have Esperanto characters written using the "cx ux"
convention be rendered as utf-8 characters.  (The wikipedia
does this, for instance).  I spent a couple of hours last
week crawling around inside the code trying to figure out
where something like this should be inserted.  Any suggestions?

[Phpwiki-talk] generating wikipages

Is there any sufficiently simple example code for generating a wikipage 
from outside of the wiki?

For example, if I wanted to generate a page for every user in a 
database - since I have their name, a url of an image, and some other 
data I think it would be cool to generate FirstnameLastname pages.  
Maybe this is a bad example because of the Generate Homepage thing 
that's coming with the user stuff.. but this could also be useful for 
generating pages for images or whatever.
