It's certainly tangential to phpwiki, but I thought someone else might
find use in a IRC chump bot -> phpwiki gateway I created. It listens
for URLs spoken in IRC and automatically addes them, their titles, and
any comments to a specfied phpwiki page.
It's allowed a group of friends and I to catalog the URLs tossed out
daily in IRC.
