No errors in the log.
It had stopped in the same spot, exactly.
The file it was dying on was OldTextFormattingRules.
I blanked out that file in /pgsrc (I'm only allowing new markup
anyway); it was then able to load everything in as normal.
I don't know if my using mac os x (10.2.4) has anything to do with this
issue; I have been able to repeat the issue several times on this
platform.
