I think you're missing something.
You have to put the HTML within the plugin PI. Try something
like:
<?plugin RawHtml
<table>
<tr><td>Your table here!</td></tr>
</table>
?>
Whatever you put between "<?plugin RawHtml" and "?>" should get
output verbatim in the generated HTML. PhpWiki doesn't try to
interpret or filter the content at all.
