My guess initially is that you don't have the latest PEAR stuff.... though
the error seems to suggest otherwise. Have you upgraded PEAR/know how to
upgrade PEAR?

My guess is that you've slightly botched the config file.
It looks like $DBParams['dbtype'] is set to 'mysql://hubil...'.

$DBParams['dbtype'] should be set to 'SQL', $DBParams['dsn'] should
be set to 'mysql:://hubil:hub@localhost/phpwiki131' (or similar).

If you're still stuck, send me a copy of your index.php...
