i'm not particularly familiar with the 1.2 release but the only thing i
can think of which would cause that would be if you changed something in
your config file which caused it to move where it keeps your data.
if something changed and it's now looking for the page data in a different
directory or sql table then it's going to think it's a fresh install and
reload the data from pgsrc.
