I have committed the new admin structure (the orginal idea for this is from
Jeff.) Admins just use admin.php as entry point to the wiki. Please test it
out and post your findings here.
Note that there are changes in /templates, /pgsrc as well.
I'd appreciate if translators send me the necessary updates.
If you are using mySQL you can remove pages now.
Admin is not yet complete -- dumpHTML, convert1.0, and rebuildDBM is
missing.
There are changes to the template syntax of ###IF### too.
I'll update the template README soon.
