One more thing.

Currently (at least with the SQL backends)
pagenames are limited to 100 characters maximum length.
(This should be more strictly enforced and checked for, since
there are currently some nasty bugs which show up when one
attempts to use longer page names.)

Is this okay, or should we consider changing it?
