I get the same warnings after 'updating' my Mac OS X version to 10.2.4 
and doing a

mv /etc/httpd/httpd.conf.applesaved /etc/httpd/httpd.conf

to get back to 'old' httpd.conf file.

I DID NOT have these warning with my original installation under 10.2.3

Things still seem to work OK though.
