You write in your wanted feature set there:

So you think that there should be pages, which shouldn't be accessed by 
root (the wikiadmin)?
I wouldn't consider this a good idea, esp. when people can upload random 
attachments.

GOD mode in DOOM would be Sign In as wikiadmin, or?

* Markup permissions configurable. for example, guests can use "style 
markup" (b,i,u), editors can use links, powerusers can include <code> 
(eval anyone?)

Good idea for group ACL attributes.
