Hi Ted,

Here's a simple plugin I wrote to add photos to a page.  Basically it
assumes the photos are in a standard location.  Also, if the photo has
the same name as the page, you don't have to specify the name.

Anyway, maybe we could merge the photo plugin ideas.  You can see how
mine works at www.hollenback.net.
