Hi,

I would like to get rid of the "Describe [WikiWord] here." default content for pages,
because it's annoying to delete each time you want to create a new page. I looked at
the php source and it seems hardcoded to help phpwiki recognize that the page is at
revision 0.

Would it be possible to get rid of this message, or at least make it a configurable
option ?
