Err, right... Although it would be neat to have SOAP support in PhpWiki, 
so that you could actually use it over SMTP transport. In that case 
allowing HTTP would have made much more sense. :-)

(This was not a serious suggestion. SOAP is a PITA to implement and to 
use, and XML-RPC support is already all you can hope for.)
