[Phpwiki-talk] Author not posting properly

I just installed version 1.3.3 on RedHat Linux 7.3 using mySQL as the
backend and am having a problem whereby after I login it will show me as
being logged in--but when I make a change the only thing it records is the
IP address.  Can someone point me in the right direction as to where I might
look to fix this?  We are trying to use the app for documentation and it is
important for us to know who made modifications.
