don=B4t think, that this is an error, but I could solve the problem
defining DATA_PATH to '' or '..'.

define('DATA_PATH', '');
define('DATA_PATH', '..');

I did not find the piece of code that tries to extract the actual
path, but it does not seem to like the way i installed phpwiki...
