I am away from home at the moment, and have jsut picked up your messages.  I 
have to say (as the author of the PN module) that I don't think that the 
problem is caused by anything PN specific in the code.

Is it possible for you to try a standalone phpwiki installation, using the code 
from CVS?  If you could make the site accessible to us, that would help.
