[Phpwiki-talk] Email gateway to a wiki

Would there be any way to port email directly into a wiki. Like
configure a secure email ID for the wiki (in index.php) to use to subscribe to 
an existing mailing list with, like a Mailman list. Have the wiki only accept 
email from the list, configure the index.php with this email ID. Have all posts 
to the list show up in a wiki page in a Blog-like format or something similar.
