[Phpwiki-talk] PhpWiki not generating backlink pages correctly

I've got a phpwiki set up at http://laurence.isp.northwestern.edu/volvowiki
and I'm having some trouble.  The big problem is that for recently-added
categories, backlinks just doesn't work.  As such, I can't generate category
pages.  Also, footnotes don't work correctly, but that's not as important.
Can anyone tell me what I've done wrong?
