[Phpwiki-talk] Adding users to a PhpWiki

I have set up a CVS PhpWiki at http://beta.asheesh.org.  Running on PHP
4.1.2 and MySQL 3.23.51, it's working fine.

I have disabled ALLOW_BOGO_LOGIN and enabled REQUIRE_SIGNIN_BEFORE_EDIT,
which leaves me with one user: the Administrator.

How do I add others?  I want to add other valid usernames to let others
collaborate, but only those who register an email address.
