[Phpwiki-announce] PhpWiki 1.2.2 out now

Release 1.2.2, which is the stable branch of PhpWiki, is out today. This
release has numerous user-contributed bug fixes (god bless users!) and now
has support for MSSQL thanks to Andrew Pearson.
