Hi all, I've just done a trial upgrade for my NomicWiki from PhpWiki 1.2.2 to 1.3.3. There was only one hassle: loading the new standard pages. At first I tried loading the new wiki directly from the wiki.zip file (rather than from pgsrc) but this meant that a significant number of things were broken as a number of "action pages" were missing. I then loaded the files from pgsrc over the top. This overwrote the HomePage. Fortunately this isn't a problem for me, as I don't use "HomePage" as my home page, but it could be a problem for others upgrading. If I did it in the opposite order there would be more problems. Loading the wiki.zip from the old wiki over the top of the 1.3.3 pages would mean that the old TextFormattingRules and similar pages would overwrite the new. Is there a good solution to this?
