[Phpwiki-talk] removing index.php from phpwiki url's at SourceFroge ..

I am a new php and phpwiki user of about 30 minutes ..

I have installed phpwiki-1.3.3.tar.gz on sourceforge:

   http://elj.sourceforge.net/phpwiki/index.php/HomePage

I am trying to work out how to make this url:

   http://elj.sourceforge.net/phpwiki/

   -- I notice the the phpwiki page works like this:
   --     http://phpwiki.sourceforge.net/phpwiki/

The current page for this url details ``Loading up virgin wiki''

Is there some setting in the index.php file that I need to make to obtain
the desired behaviour?  Or is it some kind of admin setup with the elj
soruceforge account?

Also I would like to provide a SourceForge link at the top or bottom of
each phpwiki page:

Could someone quickily indicate to me where this might be done.
