Everything you need is in the tarball; just gunzip and untar the file in 
a directory under your web tree. If you use Windows there are people on 
this list who can tell you more.

Twiki is Perl based, uses CVS, and has a different feature set than 
PhpWiki. PhpWiki is, of course, the best Wiki in the world ;-)
