I (probably Carsten, too) would be happy to accept your changes
and check them into the CVS repository.  You can get your changes
to use either by e-mailing them directly to one of us, or by putting
them somewhere where we can get them (via HTTP or FTP).  (You could
use the SourceForge "patch tracker" for this:
