[Phpwiki-talk] New markup test wiki

So that you can play with, and discuss the new markup as it evolves, I've
just put up a test wiki at http://phpwiki.sf.net/newmarkup/.

There's not much there yet, except for:
  http://phpwiki.sourceforge.net/newmarkup/index.php/NewMarkupTestPage

Heavy discussion should probably remain on the main wiki (or phpwiki-talk)...
