Yes please (the latter)! I would not like to see a release with the old syntax, if we are then going to convert to the new syntax. Better to get all major changes out of the way at once I have done a large amount of thinking (but not much coding) about parsers etc, and the way in which NewWikiMarkup could be implemented. I have even tried to create (not very successfully) a BNF syntax for WikiMarkup. I would be happy to help with the code. Lawrence |
