It didn't fail because of timeout for sure because I enhanced timeout form 30 to 240 per page :) It was still slow so I enhanced timeout. The fact is that my Apache-SSL server crashes twice per SetupWiki, after a $ mysql -e "delete from page" phpwiki each time I tested. On the same pages, loaded alphabetically. But my SSL server is more sensitive to crashes than without SSL. Strange.
