The html templates can go... except for the editpage template for the time being. For each language, the TextFormattingRules instructions need to be moved into a Summary paragraph at the top of the TextFormattingRules in pgsrc. The German files are done with the templates so they can go. (I didn't want to delete them myself because I was worried they might be removed from the 1.2 branch as well. Do I need to worry about this or does CVS handle them separately?) Once the translators are done with TFR the editpage templates can go. I suppose there's no reason to keep Browse and Message around, they can be deleted right away.
