Hi,

I've added some more German translations, and updated certain pages to=20=

work with the new plugins in the Development branch.

I had some difficulty with the ISO translations during uploading but I=20=

think I got it in the end. If someone could verify that the umlauts =
(=E4=EB=F6=FC=DF)
  arrived ok please let me know.

Also the old file /locale/de/pgsrc/GaesteBuch can now be deleted. The =
new=20
file G%E4steBuch was added to replace it.
