Reply-all sends a copy to the sender, and a copy to the list.  The result 
is that the sender gets two copies of each message.  If you can set it to 
reply to list, the sender (who is presumably subscribed) will receive just 
one copy - as Nature intended.

Also, is there a way to search the archive?
