[Phpwiki-talk] PhpWiki birthday

I forgot to look at the HISTORY file for the exact date; it's December
3rd, 1999 that I had the first piece of PhpWiki working.

Version 1.0 was released on January 25th, 2000. Maybe that's a more
appropriate anniversary?

Congratulations to everyone who's helped PhpWiki along! It's come a long
way in two years.
