i have a collection of interwiki which is a superset of all the wiki's
i've used that i've build here:

    http://www.spack.org/download/interwiki.map

at least the version of phpwiki 1.3 i have doesn't work with some of them
though because it requires that the right hand side of the interwiki link
is a wiki word.
