[Phpwiki-talk] Wiki Archiving feature

I've been thinking about adding an "Archive this Page" feature to
NBTSWikiWiki.  I'm not sure what it'll do to the community there, having the
effective ability to "hide" what's been said, and "clean the slate" with
almost no effort, and no actual loss.  The archives would be linked to from
the bottom of the page, perhaps, and just a click away, and in sequential
order, and I think, serial numbered -- On our wiki, certain pages tend to be
manually archived often, "Don'tQuoteThat" and "PoetryMarathon" in
particular, since they're a sort of scrolling, newest-post-at-one-end type
of page, very messageboard-like, but more wikiish, since they're not
meta-content but actual content instead.
