Excellent!  I don't think it's necessary to make a complete clean
sweep of everything.

Yes, I think we've agreed to upgrade (soon) the main wiki to 1.3.x.
When that happens the rest will follow.

Yes, I stumbled across this bug yesterday (synchronicity at work).
You can get around it by url-encoding the periods in the page name:

  http://phpwiki.sourceforge.net/phpwiki/?www%2eidanetwork%2eorg

(The bug is fixed in CVS.)
