Even the simplest=20 registration process is an obstacle (even though I downloaded and=20 installed v. 1.2.1, I waited quite a few days before signing up at=20 sourceforge, thinking "I'm not a developper, I'm a user" - yeah I know=20 it's lame...). Whereas on the wiki, if there is a page called PhpWikiBugs, all people=20 need to do is... well, we all know what a wiki is so great for.
